Besides performing major home remodeling in the Madison, WI area, Heartwood Construction also provides handyperson services for existing and new customers.

Some of the handyperson services we provide include:

• storm door installation;
• light and plumbing fixture installation;
• picture, mirror, kitchen and bath hardware installation;
• small siding and roof repairs;
• drywall repairs;
• painting;
• trim repairs or installation;
• window sash cord replacement;
• weatherstripping doors and windows;
• gutter and downspout cleaning;
• tile grout cleaning and re-grouting;
• interior and exterior caulking;
• rot repair;
• deck sanding and re-finishing and many others.

If your chore is not on this list please call and we will be happy to help you.  We ask for a minimum of 4 hours of work and charge a flat rate of $45 an hour, including travel time to your home.  We will send a well stocked truck to your home so we probably will have all the materials with us but, in the off chance that we don't we do charge the hourly rate for any time we spend picking up materials.  As always Heartwood Construction's handyperson's work carries a 2 year guarantee on all labor performed by us.
